Fees

Program fees vary depending on the type of program requested, length of presentation, location and audience. A one hour question and answer period following the program is included when requested.

In addition to the program fee, travel expenses, accommodations, meals and related expenses (for other than local programs) are the responsibility of the client. Please see the terms below.

Terms

Deposits and Payments

A 50% deposit of the program fee is due upon acceptance of the agreement. The remaining 50% plus travel and expenses (if not already paid for by second party) are due upon arrival at venue, before the presentation or lecture begins.

Travel Arrangements

Local program travel (within 100 miles) incurs a mileage rate of $0.50 per mile round trip plus tolls. To determine if your location is within 100 of Peggy, please visit this mapquest link.

For all other areas, the client is responsible for all travel arrangements, including airfare or other agreed upon transportation, car rental and accommodations.

If  lodging is necessary, accommodations must have high-speed internet availability, air conditioning, and coffee availability. Lodging location must be pre-approved. Unless agreed upon, no home housing.

Other Expenses

In addition to the above, client agrees to reimburse the speaker for expenses in conjunction with the presentation not already mentioned, including but not limited to taxi and parking.

Advertisement(s) - All  promotion is the responsibility of the client.  All  promotion, with the express purpose of publicizing the speaker, must be agreed upon by the speaker before publication.

Cancellation - Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations within 30 days of the engagement will incur the full fee. Cancellations between 31 and 90 days of the engagement will incur only the expense of the deposit. Cancellations more than 90 days in advance of the engagement are entitled to a full refund, typically within 10 business days.

Cancellations initiated by Peggy Hentz are eligible for a full refund of deposit. Peggy reserves the right to cancel the agreement at any time for reasonable cause. In the event that the speaker cancels the agreement, any deposits previously received will be refunded within ten (10) business days.

Additional Terms

No audio or video taping allowed without prior expressed written consent.

Abusive behavior, including heckling, from the audience will constitute an end to the presentation without refund.
